Rates are based on a per room per night (prpn), bed and continental breakfast.


There is a £10 supplement for non-resident for a full English breakfast, per person per day.


We are a 100% non-smoking establishment, smoking is only permitted in the designated areas, i.e. 2m away from the building.


We accept Euros and US dollars, please request our current exchange rate when booking.

Terms & Conditions

  • Check in time is strictly 3pm
  • Check out time is strictly 10am
  • We do allow a two hour flexible window (subject to availability) for check in and check out, any more than 2 hours will be subject to a minimum £25 surcharge. Maximum charge will be the previous night’s rate
  • Breakfast is served daily between the hours of 7am and 9am
  • There is a £10 non-resident charge for breakfast
  • Any damage made to guest house property that is caused by guests, must be paid for prior to departure or a charge will be made on the supplied credit card
  • Lost keys or keys not being returned to a member of staff, will be charged at a flat fee of £30 and charged to the supplied credit card
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the establishment; smoking is only allowed in the designated areas i.e. 2m away from the building. If evidence is found of smoking in any room, then a charge will be imposed of one nights’ accommodation, if further damage is found, then it is at the discretion of the management to the charge levied
  • Guest's visitors are not allowed in the rooms at any time
  • If there is an extra person in the room you will be evicted without any refund or credit
  • Noise should be kept to a minimum as not to disturb other guests
  • No pets are allowed
  • The management reserves the right to refuse admission of guests without giving any reason
  • The management reserves the right to evict guests if any of these terms or conditions are violated or as they see fit without giving a reason
  • In such case, no refund will be given, and the guest will be liable for any additional damages to the room or furniture
  • Milka's Guest House is not responsible for accident/injury resulting from the customer's negligence or that of the management/staff
  • No booking will be accepted without being confirmed by a valid credit card or a deposit of the first nights payment, we may need to pre-authorise the booking on the supplied card.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to change or cancel anything on your reservation, please phone us at least 7 days prior to the date of arrival. If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival, a cancellation charge of one night's accommodation, per room, will be applied to the supplied credit card. This is a cancellation charge and is also applicable to shortened periods, i.e. if a room is booked for 5 nights and only 2 nights are required a cancellation charge will be made for the outstanding 3 nights of one nights accommodation
  • Payment by cash must be settled upon check in
  • CHEQUES are NOT accepted, be it personal, business or travellers
  • Payment by credit/debit/charge card is accepted
  • No refunds will be made under any circumstances once a room has been occupied
  • Credit Facilities - Accounts may be forwarded to companies only if credit facilities have been agreed on booking and only after the first weeks settlement, a valid credit card is required to be kept on file.
  • Credit terms - strictly NET 14 days. On failure to pay an Invoice BY THE DUE DATE the management reserve the right to apply a surcharge of 2.5% per day, from the 14th day
  • We regret that no reductions can be made for meals not taken or late arrivals and early departure
  • These conditions shall apply in all respects. No other terms, counter offers or document of acceptance (written or oral) shall operate as to vary these conditions
