Terms & Conditions

  • Check in time is 2pm
  • Check out time is 10am
  • Breakfast is served daily between the hours of 7.30am and 9am
  • There is a £5 non-resident charge for breakfast
  • Any damage made to guest house property that is caused by guests, must be paid for prior to departure or a charge will be made on the supplied credit card
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the establishment, smoking is only allowed in the designated areas and designated rooms. If evidence is found of smoking in a NON-SMOKING room then a charge will be imposed of one nights’ accommodation, if further damage is found, then it is at the discretion of the management of the charge levied
  • Guest's visitors are not allowed in the rooms at any time
  • If there is an extra person in the room you will be evicted without any refund or credit
  • Noise should be kept to a minimum as not to disturb other guests
  • No pets are allowed
  • The management reserves the right to refuse admission of guests without giving any reason
  • The management reserves the right to evict guests if any of these terms or conditions are violated or as they see fit without giving a reason
  • In such case, no refund will be given, and the guest will be liable for any additional damages to the room or furniture
  • Milka's Guest House is not responsible for accident/injury resulting from the customer's negligence or that of the management
  • No booking will be accepted without being confirmed by credit card or a deposit of the first nights payment
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to change or cancel anything on your reservation, please phone us at least 7 days prior to the date of arrival. If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival the first night per room charge will applied to the supplied credit card number
  • Payment by cash must be settled upon check in
  • Personal cheques are not accepted
  • Payment by credit/charge card is subject to a 3% surcharge
  • No refunds will be made under any circumstances once a room has been occupied
  • Credit Facilities - Accounts may be forwarded to companies only if credit facilities have been agreed on booking
  • Credit terms - strictly 14 days. On failure to pay an Invoice BY THE DUE DATE the management reserve the right to apply a surcharge of 2.5% per day, from the 14th day
  • We regret that no reductions can be made for meals not taken or late arrivals and early departure
  • These conditions shall apply in all respects. No other terms, counter offers or document of acceptance (written or oral) shall operate as to vary these conditions
